HOW CAN I HELP?
It is envisaged that once a link between Bidborough and a community in Tanzania has been forged, a separate charitable entity will be established to oversee and run the project.News on any upcoming fundraising events will be published on this site and parents will be informed.
WHAT IS BlinK?
BlinK is a project that it is hoped will link our community in Bidborough to a community in Tanzania, for friendship and mutual support and encouragement.Our church and school are backing this project initially, and we hope that many other individuals, societies and clubs in Bidborough will get involved, in a project responding to the universal call to ‘love your neighbour’ in the 21st Century ‘global village’.
With the help of the Rochester Link Committee, and UK One World Link Association (UKOWLA) we have been put in touch with a community in Tanzania, called Kibaigwa, which we hope will be suit able for this sort of link.
